Apartment Cayana is located within walking distance of the Arenal beach with its many restaurants, shops and bars. A really great location!

Apartment Cayana is located on the second floor of the beautiful complex La Isla, which has a beautiful courtyard garden with a beautiful and large swimming pool.
You enter the hall from where you have access to the cozy living room with access to the covered balcony. In the colder months, the balcony can also be closed with a glass curtain.

Through the hall you also reach the new modern kitchen which is fully equipped. There is an electric hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

There are also two bedrooms in the apartment. The master bedroom has a double bed 140×200 and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds 90×200 and this room also has a private bathroom. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and the beds are new and equipped with good mattresses.
There are also beach towels available for the pool.

The apartment is located on the second floor, there is an elevator. IPTV and Wi-Fi are available.

Also in the winter months apartment Cayana is very suitable for a short or longer stay. There are electric radiators and the balcony can be closed with a glass curtain.
In the winter months the prices are exclusive of electricity (100 kWh per week is included), this will be settled on the basis of a meter.
