​Cancellation Policy
It is not possible with us to take out cancellation insurance. If desired, you must take out travel and cancellation insurance yourself.
We use standard cancellation costs, which you can find on your rental agreement

Payment
After mutual contact, you will receive a provisional rental agreement from us and we will put the house in option for you.
In the rental agreement you will find, among other things, the total amount, the method of payment and other agreements that we have made.
After mutual approval of the contract and signing, 50% of the rent (without other costs) is paid in advance, signing the contract + the down payment makes your booking final.
4 weeks before arrival at the Hertenhoeve, the remainder of the costs will be paid = 50% rental costs + deposit + cleaning + tourist tax + optional options.
​The deposit will be refunded to you within 1 week after your stay, minus any damages.
