Spain has been our favorite holiday destination for years. The city of Valencia in particular has stolen our hearts.

The people and their calm appearance, the delicious and honest dishes, the beautiful wines and the many hours of sunshine, of course, make us happy to be there.

“Just being there is okay”

As soon as you leave the city of Valencia you enter a beautiful green and natural environment that surprises us every time we drive through it.

Right there, in the province of Valencia, in a great spot, we found our dream home.
Just outside the village of Montroy in a small residential area with neighbors is “Casa Lagis”.

The villages of Montroy and Real de Montroy are small, quiet and authentic with all the amenities you need. Another real butcher, a fine bakery and several supermarkets nearby. A doctor, dentist and pharmacy are also available.

Montserrat, the neighboring village, has several shops, restaurants and an ice cream parlor. There is a market on Tuesdays, definitely go there!

The Casa has a large garden with a carefully maintained swimming pool and terraces with sun loungers and beach beds. The house itself is spacious, offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. In addition to the spacious living room, there is a comfortable kitchen, fully equipped.
